這份政策說明 Warblewood 啾鳴林（以下稱「我們」）的網站，以及我們的內部工具 Warblewood Publisher，會接觸哪些資料、怎麼使用。

This policy explains what data the Warblewood website and our internal tool, Warblewood Publisher, handle and how we use it ("we" means Warblewood).

網站 This website

這個網站只有靜態頁面：沒有帳號、沒有表單、沒有廣告，也不放追蹤用的 Cookie 或分析程式。網站放在 Cloudflare Pages，Cloudflare 為了提供和保護服務，可能會記錄一般的連線資訊（例如 IP 位址、瀏覽器種類），處理方式見 Cloudflare 的隱私權政策。

This site is static: no accounts, no forms, no ads, and no tracking cookies or analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may log basic connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service, as described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Warblewood Publisher 和 YouTube API 服務 Warblewood Publisher and YouTube API Services

Warblewood Publisher 是我們自己用來管理自己的 YouTube 頻道的工具，使用 YouTube API 服務（YouTube API Services）。它只登入我們自己的頻道，不對外提供，也不會存取其他人的帳號。

Warblewood Publisher is the tool we use to manage our own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. It only signs in to our own channel; it is not offered to anyone else and never accesses other people's accounts.

• 管理 YouTube 帳戶（youtube、youtube.force-ssl）：上傳和排程我們的影片、修改標題和說明、讀取我們影片底下的留言、用頻道身分回覆留言。

Permissions we request and why:

• Manage your YouTube account (youtube, youtube.force-ssl): upload and schedule our videos, edit their titles and descriptions, read the comments under our videos, and reply to them as our channel.
• View YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly): read our channel's performance (such as views and watch time) to plan future videos.

我們接觸到的資料 Data we handle

• 我們自己頻道和影片的資料：標題、說明、上傳狀態、數據分析報表。
• 觀眾在我們影片底下公開留下的留言：留言內容、公開的顯示名稱、留言時間。我們用這些資料閱讀和回覆留言、整理每週的留言摘要。

我們不收集觀眾的電子郵件、電話或其他聯絡方式，也拿不到 YouTube 沒有公開的個人資料。

• Data about our own channel and videos: titles, descriptions, upload status and analytics reports.
• Comments viewers post publicly under our videos: the text, the public display name and the time. We use them to read and reply to comments and to write a weekly comment summary.

We do not collect viewers' email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details, and we cannot see personal data that YouTube does not make public.

怎麼保存、會不會分享 Storage and sharing

• 資料存在我們自己的電腦和我們自己的 Google 雲端硬碟，只有頻道的製作團隊會用到。
• 我們不賣、不出租資料，也不拿去做廣告或給第三方。
• 登入用的授權權杖只存在我們自己的電腦上。
• 資料只留到管理頻道還需要的時候；你可以隨時寫信要求我們刪除跟你有關的留言紀錄。

• Data is stored on our own computer and in our own Google Drive, and is used only by the channel's production team.
• We do not sell or rent data, use it for advertising, or give it to third parties.
• The sign-in tokens are stored only on our own computer.
• We keep data only as long as we need it to run the channel. You can email us at any time to ask us to delete records about you.

Google 和 YouTube 的條款 Google and YouTube terms

Warblewood Publisher 使用 YouTube API 服務。YouTube 怎麼處理資料，見 YouTube 服務條款和 Google 隱私權政策。我們使用從 Google API 取得的資料時，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」的規定。使用 Warblewood Publisher，即表示同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束。

Warblewood Publisher uses YouTube API Services. For how YouTube handles data, see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using Warblewood Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

An account that has authorised Warblewood Publisher can revoke that access at any time on the Google security settings page, in addition to emailing us to delete data. Warblewood Publisher stores nothing on your device and shows no third-party content or ads.

兒童 Children

我們的動畫適合全年齡觀看，但我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

Our animations are for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
